What can I do to boost my business?
Visual media, video and photography is more important now than ever. The National Association of Realtors says that nearly three-quarters (73%) of sellers are more likely to list their home with a real estate agent who uses video. "Even bad lighting and bad photography can bring a Kardashian down," Tauriac.
Understanding client's perspective has always been an important part of providing great service. Realtors are considered essential so it is important to understand how to keep yourself and your clients safe. "Virtual tours, Facetime tours and private open houses will be the new normal." "The inventory is still not up to meeting the demand. Buyers can definitely take advantage of low interest rates. We're seeing multiple offers on many different price points. Investors are hesitant now, but homeowners are not. The real estate market is healthy even with all of these other things going on. We're not expecting to see any major price drops in our healthy DFW market that investors like to take advantage of. Mortgage lenders are offering forgiveness. Everyone is working together in tandem to recover. Lending practices have become so much more stringent since 2008 that buyers have been forced to become in better positions in order to be able to buy that house they really want without going over budget and they are able to have better buying power."
